Ossuary Depths: Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026 (version 0.9.1: optional run reports)
Ossuary Depths is a game by Orbit Punk Games. This policy explains what happens to information when you play it.
We do not collect personal data
The game does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no in-app purchases, and it does not connect to the internet while you play.
What stays on your device
Your settings, saved run, Hall of Records scores and short run reports are stored only on your own device so the game can remember them. The game never sends them anywhere. If your phone's Android backup is turned on, Android may include this game data in your personal device backup, which is handled by Google under your Google account settings, not by us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes them.
Sharing a run report (optional)
After a run, or from the Hall of Records, you can choose to share a run report through your phone's share menu, for example to email it to us during testing. A report contains game details only: the hero, wave reached, time played, score, what defeated you, the boons and abilities you chose, the game version, your Android version number and the game's frame rate. It contains no name, account, contact details, location or device identifiers. Nothing is sent unless you choose to share it, and you choose the app and the recipient. If you email a report to us, we receive it like any other email and use it only to improve the game.
Permissions
The app asks for no special permissions. Vibration is used for game feedback and can be turned off in the game's Settings.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If a future version changes any of this (for example by adding online features), this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
